Our staff team has extensive experience in servicing and repairing numerous brands and models of CT scanning equipment, and we boast a 2-hour response time for servicing and repair requests we receive. This helps minimize down-time and maximizes the time your equipment can be used for diagnosing, and therefore, treating patients. We are located close to parts-suppliers so generally don't have to wait for parts to be available. This also helps to minimize delays and expense for repairs, especially parts that will eventually require replacement, such as the X-ray tubes.
We can offer maintenance and repair services not only on equipment we have sold or leased, but also for other installations. Our maintenance and repair services are available either via a service contract for your equipment, or on a time and materials basis.
