We offer a real-time service to keep watch over your imaging systems and your facility 24X7.  In the event that there is a critical imaging or facility subsystem failure, we are immediately notified (your facility as well, if desired) of the current status of the facility and imaging system.  Our system monitoring notifies us when the site requires attention or services.  Whether it is power outages, temperature or HVAC system issues or a system failure, your system is being monitored and watched 24X7.  Our remote magnet monitoring will notify us of any potential problems with your magnet before it becomes a problem.  We can proactively identify problems with your cold head, compressor or chiller before the failure costs you in helium consumption.
